Watch a game where you uncover the environmental effects of DDT.

The Forest Cathedral released on Tuesday for Xbox Series X|S and PC on Steam and the Epic Games Store. The game is a retelling of Rachel Carson’s 1962 book Silent Spring. The book detailed the harmful effects of pesticides like DDT and was a huge influence on the environmental movement in the 20th century and the banning of those chemicals.

Developed by Brian Wilson and published by Whitethorn Games, The Forest Cathedral features a combination of 2D platforming puzzles and a 3D world to explore.
